- Enrollment Packet
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Two Proofs of Address (Power Bill, Water Bill, Lease Agreement, etc.)
All children entering Kindergarten in the fall of 2016, must be 5 years of age on or before August 31, 2016.
