If your address has changed this year, you will need to provide documentation to update it at your school's front office. The transportation form will close May 30th and all requests after that will have to go through our front office. August 1st will be the final deadline for any transportation requests. Requests after August 1 will not be guaranteed transportation for the first two weeks of school from their home. This form is found on our school's website and in Canvas.
